Scott Stern is Chief Executive Officer of OnPoint Partners, a boutique national managed care consulting firm based in Garden City, NY. As CEO, Scott’s responsibilities include client development, project management and recruitment. OnPoint Partners also encompasses a nationwide management consulting practice organized around the healthcare industry. Products and services include: contracting and development of networks for physicians and hospitals, compensation surveys, training and development programs. Scott is instrumental in the total profit and loss responsibility for both organizations including management of operations, finance, marketing, sales and strategic planning.

Scott has over 15 years experience in the executive search industry. He began his career with Creative Management Strategies, a Manhattan-based executive search organization but left in 2000 to embark on a partnership that created OnPoint Partners. Scott has achieved membership in the prestigious $1 million Revenue Production Club. Mr. Stern boasts an impressive 100% placement rate, and as a Founding Partner, is responsible for the firm's 3-year retention rate of over 98%. Scott is also a frequent speaker on topics such as talent acquisition, strategic hiring and winning the battle of executive hires.

Scott earned his BA in Criminal Law with a minor in Marketing from C.W. Post in Brookville, New York. Scott lives in Manhasset with his wife and daughter.
