POSITION PROFILE: SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for broadening our customer base in proven selected industries to include: Staffing, Hospitality, Full Service restaurants/retail, and Union/Government, and assist with service and retention efforts. Achieve sales targets through building strategic partnerships with external producers in assigned market.

SKILL OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
5+ years sales and/or Account Executive experience.
College degree or equivalent work experience.
Licensure as required by the states in the assigned territory.
Compensation base salary and draw offset by commissions plus quarterly bonus opportunities.

 

ADDITIONAL JOB INFORMATION
Essential to this position the candidate will need to have excellent interpersonal skills combined with experience in consultative, solutions based selling. Experience in the selected industries as well as insurance sales is a positive consideration. Market/Industry experience.
